Tuskarr in WoW

Tuskarrs are one of the many NPC races in World of Warcraft and represent a nomadic walrus-like folk who live in the Dragonblight, Borean Tundra and Howling Fjord. Their main occupation is fishing and they are considered quite friendly. In most cases they will be neutral good to both Alliance and Horde players.

They are famous for their fishing skills and whaling. Family is the main structure in the tuskarr society and a tuskarr community is based solely on the family roots. Although they don’t have as complex society as other races the tuskarrs prosper and are very active. They have a mild law that is not made for punishment, but to maintain the order and peace.

The most common enemies of the tuskarr people are the ice trolls or spiderfold from the Northrend. Usually they fight with spears and in addition to that they use nets. Although they are peaceful and friendly in battle the tuskarrs are fierce warriors that show little mercy for their enemies. They are skillful fighters because they improve their spear and net mastery. The tuskarr squad may consist of several spear warriors, one net thrower and in some cases a shaman who can heal the others and the total number of tuskarrs in the squad may be six or eight.
